1. Who we are

Digital Age Intelligence Management (DAI) (company no. 002960128-X), trading as Stirling Seminars ("we", "us"), provides corporate training, team building and AI training in Malaysia. We are the data user responsible for the personal data described in this notice.

2. What personal data we collect

Enquiries: your name, company, email, phone number, the programme you are interested in, number of participants and preferred dates, and anything else you choose to tell us when you use our enquiry form, WhatsApp, email or phone.
Training participants: names, job titles, departments, contact details and attendance records that you or your employer give us, plus feedback and assessment forms completed during a programme.
Photos and video: we may photograph or film sessions. We will tell participants at the start of a session and respect any request not to be photographed.
Website: our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our web host and font provider may record technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site.

3. Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals and quotations.
To plan, deliver and follow up on training, and to issue certificates.
To prepare the documents needed for HRD Corp grant claims.
To invoice and keep accounting records required by law.
To send you news about our programmes, only if you have agreed. You can opt out at any time.
With your consent, to use session photos, videos or testimonials in our marketing.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only where needed:

with your employer or the organisation that booked the training;
with HRD Corp (Human Resource Development Corporation) for grant claims;
with our partner trainers who deliver your programme;
with service providers we use to run our business, such as email (Google), WhatsApp (Meta), website hosting and accounting;
where the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.

Some of these providers store data on servers outside Malaysia. We use reputable providers that protect personal data to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

5. Is it compulsory?

You do not have to give us your personal data. Without your name and contact details, though, we cannot reply to your enquiry, and without participant details we cannot run a programme or support an HRD Corp claim.

6. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 2 years. Training and HRD Corp records are kept for 7 years, in line with tax and audit requirements.

7. How we protect it

We keep personal data in password-protected accounts with access limited to people who need it. If a data breach is likely to cause you significant harm, we will notify you and the Personal Data Protection Commissioner as the law requires.

8. Your rights

You may ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you, withdraw your consent, ask us to stop direct marketing, or limit how we use your data. Send your request to inquiry.omars@gmail.com. We will reply within 21 days. We may charge the fee allowed by the PDPA for providing a copy of your data.

9. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
