Omar Stirling

Omar Stirling, winner of the Anugerah Usahawan Muda (AUM) Award, 2011, is a Chartered Master Trainer and Malaysian corporate trainer with 15 years' experience in leadership, sales, customer service, team building and culture transformation. He has trained more than 200,000 professionals.

Known for his dynamic energy and engaging style, Omar believes that empowering people is the key to unlocking the full potential of individuals and organisations. Raised in a diverse, multicultural environment, he brings a global mindset with local insight, which keeps his sessions relevant and practical.

He has worked with corporations and government agencies to drive cultural change and individual performance — from senior executives to emerging talent.

Amri Maris

Amri Maris, a Certified Master Trainer, brings more than 30 years of industry experience to every programme, with dynamic energy, deep insight and a strong focus on results.

He spent 17 years in the aerospace industry and 12 years in airport management, giving him a deep understanding of operational excellence, service leadership and organisational performance. His experience spans Florida, USA, and organisations across Malaysia. For more than nine years, Amri has trained sales teams, frontline staff, leaders, teachers and students nationwide.

Experience includes MAHB, MASB, MA (Niaga), Sama Sama Hotel and educational institutions nationwide. His customer service and motivation programmes contributed to KLIA being named Best Airport in the World (ASQ, Q4 2021) and supported Sama Sama Hotel's recognition as a world-class luxury airport hotel in 2017.

Fiza Raffee has successfully fulfilled all the assessment requirements for Train the Trainer. With more than 9 years' experience as a co-trainer, she provides seminars and coaching to business owners, leaders, managers, salespeople, executives and students from different backgrounds.
